Hi guys
Sorry I haven't posted in quite awhile now!!!!!!!!You see I've been going through chronic benzo withdrawal symptoms (really mind & body boggling stuff) I never thought anything could be worse then the old panic attacks, but boy have I learned the hard way that their is (COLD TURKEY) What an idiotic thing I did to myself PLEASE GUYS DON'T EVER DO WHAT I DID,IT'S AN UN-IMAGAINABLE HELL!!!!!!!!!! So should you ever concider ceasing medication......... talk to your doctor first about tapering, read carefully the section in the Linden Method (Chapter 9)on Benzodiazepine Withdrawal,Just don't do what I did. However I’m still here to tell the tail TG,it will be six months on the 15th of Nov,
and yes I’m counting the days till I'm truly rid of the toxins in my brain and body. Just before I started withdrawals I applied for a computer course, now last Tuesday I received a letter to attend an interview this Tuesday comming, this is all I'm saying on this matter, because if I go on and on about it, I’ll just end up talking myself out of it and I do not want this to happen, so guys wish me look, and I'll post next Wednesday!!!!

Congratulations on your 6 months birthday and your computer course. I finally quit shaking. That is a biggy for me and I am recognizing the signs and can identify them now as just sensations. I still have meds but they are a small dosage and i will be off by January 1.
